Shipping
Most orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt. We primarily ship via UPS and occasionally use FedEx and USPS, lower 48 states only. UPS and FedEx shipments are insured automatically up to $100.00 Physical address, email and phone numbers are required for UPS and FedEx deliveries. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
We take every precaution to ensure that products ship without damage. IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED - PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS AND THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. The shipper requires inspection of these items. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. After inspection by the shipper arrangements will be made to return the item. A full credit or refund will be issued depending on the payment method.
