Return Policy
We understand that circumstances arise where you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us. Return the items to us within 18 days. The items must be complete, undamaged, and in saleable condition. After receipt of the item a refund of the original invoice amount minus shipping will be issued.
We will only provide an exchange in the event of an error on our part. Follow detailed directions below.
Incorrect Item: Although this rarely happens, mistakes in our processing an order can occur. Notify us within 2 business days of RECEIPT date of your package as to our error and we will issue an authorization number for your return. Once item is received, we will issue a corrected exchange along with a free gift for your inconvenience. Please enclose a copy of your shipping and item receipt with shipment. Items returned must fall under the terms of Undamaged/Unopened Item Return below.
Undamaged/Unopened Item Return: Incorrect items must be returned in original saleable condition so please check invoice against items in package. before removing any tamper resistant seals or opening of exterior packaging .
Damaged Item return if Insured: Please save all packing materials and original shipping container and notify and present all damaged materials to the shipper within 24 hours to ensure your claim may be processed. If you note the shipping container has been damaged during shipment please ask the delivery person to remain while you open the package. An inspection of the damaged article will be required by the shipping carrier. Contact us by email within 24 hours of any damaged shipment. Arrangements will be made for the damaged article to be returned to us. If you fail to notify the shipper and us within the specified time frame there will be no guarantee your claim will be processed. Please follow the shippers guidelines to ensure a timely reimbursement of your product.
All returns must receive prior authorization before shipment. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect from damage or loss. There will be no exchanges or refunds on uninsured, lost or damaged items. Any items returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restock fee/processing fee and the remaining credit will be placed on your online account (less shipping and handling fees). Credits are available for future product purchase only and are not applied toward shipping. To avoid complications and to expedite transaction, please contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number which you will place on the exterior of the return container.
Special Terms and Conditions for Refund: Packages returned based on refusal by customer, incorrect address, or non-deliverable, will not be entitled to receive a full refund. A 20% Restock Fee, Processing Fees, and any and all Domestic or International Shipping and Handling charges assessed against Rambling Rose Creations by UPS will be assessed against your original purchase, and if any credit remains, the balance will be refunded to the credit card of record.
Return Due to Incorrect Address: All non-delivered packages are processed immediately once we receive them. If the customer enters incorrect address information during the checkout process then the customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for the additional shipping fees. In the event non-delivery occurs due to our error, your package will be re-sent at our expense with our apologies.
All items must be returned with a receipt and return information enclosed. All damaged items after inspection by the shipper will be returned and processed by the shipper.
