Order Tracking
Your will be notified by email of shipment date and be provided a shipper tracking number.
Item Availability
Generally items shown on site are original painted pieces, not duplicates, copies, or prints. We diligently strive to remove items that have sold in a timely manner to prevent duplicate orders. However; if a duplicate order is received we will personally contact the customer.

Visa, Master Card, Discover, Personal Check, Money Order and PayPal
Delivery
We ship most orders ground delivery via UPS, FedEx, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service. Canadian orders are sent whenever possible by First Class International Mail. Insurance up to $100.00 is included in shipping prices. Shipments to Alaska , Hawaii , U.S. Territories, other countries, and irregular sized boxes will have additional charges added to the invoice due and payable prior to shipping. If you wish delivery within 3-5 business days please indicate this on your order form and an additional fee will be applicable. Please provide your street address as most carriers will not deliver to a post office box. UPS,FedEx and DHL require a contact phone number for delivery.
Shipping to Alternate Address
If you are purchasing your items as a gift we will be happy to drop ship the item for you. Please indicate the complete name, street address, city, zip, and phone number of the recipient. We will be happy to wrap the item and include a gift card for an additional fee of $5.99
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Rambling Rose Creations and take customer satisfaction seriously. If you are not pleased, notify us by phone within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 48 hours and be complete with all original packaging materials, not damaged, and in saleable condition. After receipt of the item a refund of the original invoice amount will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
