What if I purchase a piece and after receiving it decide I don´t like it?

We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you are unsure the piece will compliment your decor please contact us and we will be happy to send an enlarged picture of the piece.

Our Return Policy: If you are not pleased, notify us by phone within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 48 hours and be complete with all original packaging materials, not damaged, and in saleable condition. After receipt of the item a refund of the original invoice amount will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

I ordered multiples of a piece and found they are not identical, now what do I do?

Even though items may appear similar there will always be some differences in each one. This is due to two reasons: (1) hand painted and finished ­ I mix my own paint and colors and while they will be close they can never be reproduced exactly; (2) I generally paint subtle differences into each and every item to ensure individuality. (i.e.: ornaments)

If I like an item but would prefer it in different colors or another surface to match my decor what can I do?

We welcome and accept custom orders and we are happy to design or paint pieces that fit your decor. Customers who desire to commission a piece must contact us by phone, email, or postal mail for further information.

What if I receive an order and it has been damaged in transit?

We take every precaution to ensure that each piece will arrive undamaged. However; if you receive a piece that has been damaged in transit please call us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then notify the shipper. Generally the shipper will want to inspect the packaging materials and the shipping container, so please DO NOT discard any of the packaging material. Arrangements will be made with the shipper to pickup the item. After the piece has been returned a credit or refund will be issued depending on payment method.

You don´t have an 800 number that means I pay for the phone call to you. That doesn´t seem fair!

While at this time we do not have an 800 number for you to call, if you will leave us your contact information and the best times to reach you we will call you back. This should minimize our customer´s expense.
